Baseball Teams

As soon as I got back in town I wrapped up baseball pictures!

I had the opportunity to shoot 6 teams and the individuals. It was a lot of fun and always fun to work with a million different personalities with kiddos!

I hope you all had a winning season with lots of fun!!!!

Aloha!!!

Aloha to everyone! I returned from Hawaii safe and sound! I am still just trying to figure out what time it actually is haha! There was a five hour time difference and lets just say "body time" I'm all confused! It was an incredible trip of a lifetime...a dream come true! I wanted to give you a sneak preview as well as just simply say "hello" since I haven't blogged in over 10 days!!!! I didn't have access to the internet for most of the trip which was nice yet I felt like I wasn't connected to life back at "home"!

This picture is probably one of the highlights from the trip. Hanauma Bay was incredible! We snorkeled here for several hours one morning...amazing!

Yes! There is lots more to come!! Also I can't wait for a fun filled weekend ahead of lots of photo shoots! So keep your eye out:)

Happy Memorial Day weekend and lets not forget those who have sacrificed their time, families, lives and dreams for our freedom.

I was able to tour Pearl Harbor while on the island of Oahu and may we never take our freedom for granted...these men and women have paid a great price yet our heavenly Father paid the ultimate price.

Jeremiah turns ONE!!!!!

So honestly where does the time go? I really don't know, it seems like yesterday that I was taking maternity pictures for mom and she went into labor that night! Wow what an amazing year it's been...it's been incredible to see him grow and watch all of his "firsts", which he still has lots of those to come!!!

He was sleeping when the PaRtY started:)

We went out for some fun birthday and family pictures...

He has more fun playing with the cake than eating it!

I got to go along for the first hair cut too! He did sooo good until the buzzer came out!

---Growing Pains & Celebration---

Just a quick update on "Erin Rachel Photography"

I've had some growing pains that I was not expecting:) Have they been good??? Oh yeh! I don't regret a one of them:) :) :)

I welcomed my new Canon 5D camera with nothing but smiles:) It is so super sweet it's unbelievable!

I had like 15 minutes really quick to shoot a picture...so I ran outside and snapped this picture...It is sooc (straight out of the camera) no editing whatsoever!

My next welcome is Mr. Mac:)

Along with two external hard drives which are 1 Terabyte a piece:)

Again I'll never regret these decisions:) They are such an asset to the business and are becoming my good friends! lol

So lets celebrate:) Father's Day is coming up...I don't know of one dad that wouldn't be happy with some fun pictures of their kids to proudly show off!

Colette & Jesse

Honestly...I don't know where to start! I had an amazing, fun, awesome, crazy, cool, super, grand 10 hours full of shooting at this wedding! Colette has been a looonnngg time friend!!! Great memories *wink*...when I got to meet Jesse at their engagement shoot we had a blast! I knew right off the bat these two were crazy in love:) I love shooting with people I know and that know how to have fun!

...g.o.r.g.e.o.u.s...

When I drove up to the Woodlands Plantation Home where they got married I was excited! My mind started going wild with ideas and fun places to shoot. The details...the scenery...the wedding party...the atmosphere was soooo relaxed...the grounds were beautiful...the sunshine...the blue sky...the green grass...the happy groom met with a huge smile!...the happy bride was glowing:) So sweet...Anyway I got to work right away...here ya go! Enjoy:)

I don't think there was one single girl, that saw Colette's awesome shoes, that didn't comment...I think they top it all off if you want to know my opinion...

Colette & Jesse chose to not see each other before the wedding...It was tricky...he was either on the front porch hanging with the guys and she was on the back porch with the girls...or you'd hear "BRIDE INSIDE"!!! This was to let everybody know to hide Jesse! It was so cute! So I had them do the famous "stand behind the door and hold hands"...well these two just glowed...honestly she didn't want to let go of his hand...

so precious...

i love a bride that adores her dad...and a father that adores his daughter...

This groom may not exactly like the camera but hmmm...I have to say he did a pretty amazing job of covering it up:) Don't ya think!?!?!?!

These guys can jump...and I totally think these pictures rock...everytime I look at them I laugh...

and this one...wow It is the BEST! So Colette wanted to get a picture of everybody jumping off of this awesome log right in front of the swamp...so I would count to 3 right?...well before I got to 3 the log rolled forward and everybody went flying...then that must have enticed the alligator to come up out of the water after them!!! Which there was one that had been visiting earlier...so thats how Colette got this AMAZING shot:)

as well as this one...I totally love this picture! ...i think he was taking his last opportunity to tell her something very important:) :) :)

Here we have my all time favorite...black and white makes me happy especially when there is an awesome tree in the background...this picture just leaves me speechless...
